1. ORDERING

1.1 When should I order?

Ah. The million dollar question. We suggest, particularily with shortages due to covid, to place your order as soon as possible. If you don't know the exact color or even style, let's just get your order on the production cut list. Measurements are not due until 7 days after placing your order HOWEVER if your event isn't for sometime, we will give you a remeasure date, often 12 weeks in advance, so that we can properly size your garment (s). More on this on our SIZING & Guarantee page.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

1.2 How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

1.3 How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

1.4 How can I see the colors and decide on sizing?

We are obsessed with making sure you order the correct color so if we not you have not gotten swatches prior to your order, we send them just in case.  For sizing, we will confirm measurements with you after your order is placed if you have not sent them to us.  Don't worry, your confirmation email will include instructions on how to size properly.

1.5 What type of payments do you accept?

We accept payments via ZELLE and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

1.6 Can I amend and cancel my order?

Cancellations within the same day will not incur a fee.  Afterward, a cancellation fee of $50. per dress or suit will occur up until 3 days of your order counting the day of your order. After 3 days, counting the day of your order, regardless of the time placed, we will not accept cancellations. All of these details are covered in our GUARANTEE page. We do not accept cancellations or refunds for Acts of God, Homeland, Weather, or Change of Heart  (cancelled weddings) outside the specter of the aforementioned cancellations.  Purchasing from us is a contract.  Sales are final due to the custom nature of our product. Sales are made to order so check your invoice carefully as we are not responsible for mistakes in your invoice for any sizing, color, style or address. Each must be confirmed.  Once you send back our confirmation letter it is the commitment by you to agree to all of our terms. 1.7 Do you have discounts?

PAY BY ZELLE!  Pay by zelle and receive a 5% discount.  You may combine ZELLE with one additional discount if you qualify!  All other discounts are only allowed from ONE of the following three choices:

We do not sell to stores any more. Therefore, our mark-up is not the same as if we did.  We sell at the lowest price possible because after all, we are (mostly) mom's who think about tuition and lessons and braces and prefer to pass on savings to you in this way.  Please don't ask us for any further discounts than the generous ones below.  It makes us uncomfortable and we simply can not comply. Discounts may not be combined,  are not retroactive or can be used for discontinued stock. We have gotten rid of selective pricing in favor of transparent pricing. We questioned: Why have pricing that is false advertising? Instead, our pricing is clear, fair, public, consistent, and predictable.
 
We do give military discounts. For all military orders, we give a 5% discount.  Pegeen offers free shipping for military when shipping to APO or FPO addresses only. The discount will be applied manually by someone in our staff once we see the APO or FPO address. Please call us for code or chat on our online chat.
 
Loyalty Program.  Ordered from us before?  Receive a 5% discount.  We must be able to find your order in our system.
 
We do give coupons if you post about us on Social Media We always encourage our customers to post their favorites on Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook to which we will give you a coupon to be used when ordering. If you order a swatch the coupon will come with your request.

 

 

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 When will my order be placed on the production schedule?

We book production on a first come, first order basis. Normal shipping is 4-5 weeks. We also have RUSH shipments available: Rush flower girl dresses are available.  The lucky thing, we own our own factory and are able - when timing permits - to slip in another order without interfering with other orders on the weekends.  RUSH SHIPPING IS ADDITIONAL Rush orders may not be cancelled under any circumstances as our company has to jump through hoops to get this done for you in time. Due to covid supply shortages, there may be color choices unavailable so we will contact you immediately regarding this.

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We know your time is important to you and our flower girl dresses are delivered from us pretty fast (4-5 weeks) without a rush charge. We ship World Wide from our Orlando, FL factory.  IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OVERSEAS DELIVERIES:   We do not assume responsibility for international shipments and therefore no returns are allowed for any overseas orders.

2.3 How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you from USPS with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with the USPS.com website.

2.4 What are the shipping charges like?

Shipping is done by Priority Mail to minimize your order being crushed.  Shipping is $25.50 per box.  (For very large orders and Tutu's there is an additional charge).

2.5 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

We are human beings and believe in answering our phones!  Please call us with address changes and/or corrections but additionally, we want you to send the request to the email address you were provided when you received your alpha-numberic confirmation code.

If you are looking for a cheap flower girl dress, we don't use fabrics that are not up to our standards. BUT if what you want is an impeccably made and gorgeous outfit, then we are your designer. A personalized service because we are the manufacturer, not like the mass market approach, we make each and every dress to your specific wishes, allowing you to make changes at usually no or a small extra cost. One of these free changes can be the choice of 200+ colors in mix and match combinations and choosing a dress with or without sleeves.  Custom changes such as plus sizing or changing the sash are very low in fee - usually $10 to $35 dollars.

3.1 Our Guarantee

Our outfits are made to order, therefore we do not allow returns on any items as all are custom made.  This is particularly true if you have us custom design an exclusive just for you. If you have a sizing issue we will change the size however this is only for our classic line.  Further, if the event is too close to the delivery we will pay for alterations up to $50.  It does not happen often but we aren't saints so we say, just pick up the phone and call us to discuss!  We will send your invoice after you place your order and followed by a confirmation email.  Yes, there is more legal mubo-jumo to read but you will find it helpful to learn about information regarding cancellations, weather delays and so forth.  We assume you will read this before placing an order with us, therefore, upon checkout, you will be required to click that you read our Terms and Conditions.... so click here for detailed information.

3.2 Sizing Guarantee

One of the most satisfying things we stand behind at Pegeen is that we guarantee the fit.  For with 40 years of business, it brings a depth of knowledge and understanding of the Flower Girl Dress business as well as experience.  We encourage you to send measurements either with your order or prior to our cutting the order.  If we take your order we put you on the production schedule and ask that you send measurements within 7 days for those orders that are not rush orders.  If you do not send measurements or prefer to waive them, our Sizing Guarantee is null and void.  Marg (the boss) had her children convinced that she would have a career in guessing size and weight at a carnival because she accurately describes the children while discussing measurements on the phone with our customers.  She has taught each of us to think and interpret the measurements as well as she does.  Therefore, we encourage you to read about our sizing and submit those measurements to us.  We will not reimburse you for outside alterations, particularly when you do not take our recommendation for sizing or Bodice Fits. 4. Covid-19 Update

Our shipping remains on time, but we give our customers the freedom to change their dates as weddings move forward due to COVID. We allow you to change the date without exception. Some even changed their date to 2022!  We therefore we will make new tops or lengths because children do grow so we will give you a new delivery window and a date for remeasure based on your information. Please call us at the office should you not have talked to us or have any questions.  Additionally, there is a second option you can choose to change your style up until 15 days before your ship date. HOWEVER please discuss this with us at the time of placing your order so we can keep this in mind.  EVEN if you think you need to change event dates…. Pegeen.com was one of the first 40,000 companies on the internet, and the first flower girl dress company no less, way back when in 1994 where online shopping was pretty primative.  After 9/11, as most of our customers know, we moved online only.  We have remained that way with the occasional customer visiting us in our design studio located right next to Disney World (yeah, we miss the "mouse" a lot around here).  Because of Covid-19 compromising we have no more in studio appointments and are developing an even BETTER Pegeen Dress Dreamer which we were developing as early as December 2019 making it even easier to try it on.  We will be flexible with customers on their dates however we DO anticipate that the flow of fabrics will take longer than in the past so we do still encourage you to place your order so that we can get in our fabrics in time for your event.  We used to say 4-5 weeks and we now encourage ordering earlier so we can ensure fabrics are here.  Also understand, these dates for you can be flexible and we will get your childrens' measurements 4-5 week before your final event.
