Pegeen Couture Style 943 Custom Silk Tulle Flower Girl Dress has multiple levels of tulle attached to dress. Similar to style 933 only uniquely different, this dress has so much tulle it's like a cotton ball. The dress is also available in 260+ Mix and Match Color choices and button closure and lined with silk. Available in multiple colors on top with heavily sequined and embroidered netting lined in silk. Please discuss that with the designer. This dress is best as midcalf length dress. Other options available such as sash changes or flowers at a slightly higher price. Available from 2T through Size 16, and Plus Sizes, with or without circle back, optional sleeves are available at not charge.
