1000 Nights, Buttercream Bubble Flower Girl Dress

Every wedding tells its own color story, and this bride chose a palette that was both dramatic and elegant. She based her flower girl dresses on our classic Style 403, then customized them to highlight her unique combination of 1000 Nights (a deep plum) and Buttercream yellow.

The base of the dress was made from our luxurious 1000 Nights silk, a deep, regal plum shade that exuded sophistication. To bring in a lighter, more playful contrast, the bride chose Buttercream silk as the secondary color—an inspired pairing that added warmth and a soft golden glow.

To ensure both colors played beautifully together, we designed a special overskirt that allowed the Buttercream yellow to peek through the bottom. This subtle layered effect created movement and visual depth, making the dresses come alive as the flower girls walked down the aisle.

The bride also decided to replace the traditional sash with a flat sash, lending a cleaner, more tailored appearance to the design. It allowed the focus to remain on the elegant interplay between the deep plum and soft yellow silks.

For a touch of coverage and formality, she added ¾-length sleeves, a graceful choice that suited both the season and the tone of the wedding. These sleeves framed the bodice beautifully and balanced the rich, layered look of the gown.

In total, the extra charges came to $105, covering the custom overskirt design, flat sash modification, and addition of the ¾ sleeves. The result was a sophisticated, couture-style version of Style 403 that felt entirely unique to the bride’s vision.
