The BLUE DIAMOND Style dress is part of our Pegeen Fairy Tale Collection and is made from multiple colors of tulle for the skirt, a sequined bodice also on the skirt, glitter mesh long sleeves and cape and finally, the skirt is covered with silver glitter tulle. Under the 10 layers of tulle, there is a silk skirt and a petticoat. There were no additional charges for this flower girl dress. Optional prices are subject to change.
