Our Wedding & Flower Girl Dress of the Year
Pegeen’s Wedding & Flower Girl Dress of the Year – A Colorado Celebration
Kevin & Jenna - 2025 Wedding of the Year, Lions Colorado

Every year, we have the privilege of creating flower girl dresses for hundreds of weddings—each one unique, personal, and full of love. But every so often, a wedding comes along that captures the heart of what Pegeen stands for: family, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance. This year, our Wedding & Flower Girl Dress of the Year belongs to a very special celebration—our nephew Kevin’s wedding in stunning Boulder, Colorado.
When Kevin and his fiancée began planning their wedding, I was thrilled to carry on a long-standing family tradition: designing the flower girl dresses for the next generation of our family’s celebrations. Their dresses arrived at the couple’s hotel right on time—delicately packed, hand-finished, and ready for their mountain wedding weekend.
The little girls style is called 439 and can be ordered below.

The bride envisioned her attendants in soft mint green, selecting Azazie gowns for the bridesmaids. To complement them, I matched our luxurious silk shade Sea Side—a perfect echo of the bridesmaids’ tones, blending beautifully with the natural hues of the Colorado landscape. The result was a serene, cohesive palette that balanced sophistication with a touch of whimsy for the little ones.
From there, I began one of my favourite parts of the creative process: finding just the right lace to harmonize with the bride’s gown. After searching through my trusted mills, I discovered an exquisite lace that mirrored the gentle beading of her dress without overwhelming it—light, romantic, and perfectly in tune with the soft glow of the Sea Side silk.

For this wedding, we designed two coordinating looks: the younger flower girls wore our newly introduced Style 439, while the eldest—serving as junior bridesmaid—wore a custom variation of Style 320, adorned with matching lace detailing. Together, the five girls looked simply angelic as they walked down the aisle, silk skirts catching the Colorado breeze.
What makes this wedding even more special to us is its deeper meaning. Pegeen has always been a family-driven company, and moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Seeing our work woven into life’s most joyful milestones—especially within our own family—feels like the truest reward.
Congratulations to Kevin and his bride on a breathtaking celebration filled with love, laughter, and a touch of Pegeen silk magic. We are delighted to name your wedding our Pegeen Wedding & Flower Girl Dress of the Year.
