We do a lot of silk dresses with 3/4 sleeves for Jewish and conservative weddings.  Many of our dresses include short sleeves but for those who need the sleeves a little longer, like a 3/4 sleeve for their flower girl dresses with higher necklines, it is just a small price change.

For this particular flower girl dress we did "sister dresses" one with a tulle skirt over the silk with flecks of silver metalllic (style 372) and the other a bit plainer for her older sister.
