PEGEEN.COM ANNOUNCES THEY HAVE CHOSEN THEIR FIRST MODEL OF THE YEAR

Pegeen.com is sharing our excitement about our latest semi-finalist winner for the Model of the Year. Our Semi-Finalist is a National Pageant Winner. We were particularly happy when her brother decided to join in the shoot. Ryleigh is wearing our Tulle Flower Girl Dress style 402 in Pond and Hibiscus from our Pegeen Couture Collection. Her brother Jake is wearing style 235 in Chocolate and Aqualine from our Boy's Ring Bearer Collection. Both blues are part of our Tiffany colored selection of silks which has about 20 shades of Tiffany - a very popular color right now for wedding. Each outfit is available in 260+ colors of silk.

Pegeen.com is launching its' annual nation-wide search for their next great flower girl of the year who will be featured in an upcoming advertising campaign set to premier in spring 2010 - timed for the launch of the custom flower girl dressmakers innovative new "Pegeen Dress Dreamer" customized design tool.

Our combined efforts to create exquisite and couture quality flower girl and ring bearer dress wear personifies her special day," said Pegeen® President and CEO Marg Hyland. "After a wedding or special event is over, we ask the parent or bride to send in their photos and for us, it's like opening presents on Christmas Day. Once a photo is submitted, all of us gather around the screen to see the very latest dress we custom created come alive on a child. Sometimes it's a girl and many times, a boy," said Pegeen® CMO Jim Frank. "We then will ask the parent or guardian to submit more photographs when a particular child catches our eye. A previous model was a lovely dancer of just 10 years and we used her for our first commercial on TV as well as our magazine ads. Since then, and because there are so many beautiful children submitted, we have begun to narrow our final choices down to just 3 children each year."

During Pegeen's® search, the company will feature on their website a series on their site assisting their brides in managing the needs of their littlest bridal party members and tips for their special day.

The competition will culminate with the winner being flown to Orlando to shoot a photo spread and television commercial for Pegeen.com. No one will know who the winner will be until the contest finale in March 2010 which will be timed with the company's 28th Year Anniversary.
